Trametes (Turkey tail) mushroom tea. Tea bag is large enough for one quart of tea. Tea includes dried Turkey tail mushrooms, elderberries, lavender flowers and clove. Bring one quart of filtered water to a boil, add the tea bag and simmer for one hour. Add lemon, ginger and honey to taste. Enjoy! Pour tea over a pint of ice for a healthy refreshing treat.
